NOTICE OF RECEIVERSHIP

On 2 July 2025 Daniel Stoneman, Brendon Gibson and Neale Jackson of Calibre Partners were
appointed joint and several receivers of Airwork Holdings Limited (In Receivership), Airwork Flight Operations Limited,
AFO Aircraft (NZ) Limited, Contract Aviation Industries Limited (All in Receivership), and Airwork
Fixed Wing Limited (In Receivership and Administrators Appointed) (together ‘the Group’).

Please be advised that:

• The Group continues to trade ‘business as usual’. This includes continued leasing and
  maintenance of aircraft in New Zealand and Internationally. If you are a customer or supplier
  of the Group, you should continue to communicate through your usual contacts.
• A sale process has commenced for the business and assets of the Group. If you would like
  to express interest, please contact airwork@calibrepartners.co.nz.
• The Receivers do not personally adopt any contractual arrangements that might exist
  between yourself and the Group.
